VIRTUAL DESIGN

Ideal for those out of state or those looking to implement a plan on their own, virtual design provides all the design creativity of a full scale plan with the flexibility to manage the purchasing and implementation on your own.

FULL SCALE DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION —

Working collaboratively, we define and design interior and exterior elements within your budget to achieve unique results. Typically, our process follows the five phases you see here. PHASE ONE: DISCOVERY

Here we clarify your design goals, establish priorities and understand budget parameters to develop the overall scope of the project.

PHASE TWO: CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

Based on the information gathered in Discovery, we begin the creative process of developing a design plan suited to your needs.

PHASE THREE: DESIGN SPECIFICATION

Once the concepts are firmly agreed upon, we define and narrow each design element into concise visual plans and detailed specifications.

PHASE FOUR: PURCHASING

During the purchasing phase, we implement the overall design plan, managing orders and collaborating with contractors, vendors and suppliers.

PHASE FIVE: IMPLEMENTATION AND INSTALLATION

The plan is fully realized upon installation, final styling and project wrap up.
